Overview

This’ll be the last of my NaNoWriMo posts. I kind of stopped writing a few days ago to let my hands rest. This is because I start work on Monday!!! and I don’t want to be getting problems during the workday. Or while driving. Because I have to drive for about two hours each day, just to get to and from my workplace.

I don’t care as much about winning as I thought I would. But then again…this will be the first year since 2009 that I haven’t won. Five wins in a row is pretty good! I’m not sure if I’ll be participating in NaNoWriMo again in upcoming years, since 50k words in one month is too much for me to do anymore. But I’ll still be writing.

And on to other things…

I’ve set myself a personal goal of 100 words per day because I have no idea how tired I’ll be when I get home from work, and 100 words is like two paragraphs, so it’s really easily doable.

Also, for the past two days, I’ve started drawing the prologue of The Gate at the End of the World. If you’ve paid any attention to my sidebar, you’ll see that I’ve got a progress bar up for the script. So far it’s at 3 pages + a cover page (which I’m not counting as a real page). That’s what I’ve been drawing. Here’s a small preview:

Once I finish page 3 (which should be tomorrow), I’ll have to start writing more of the script because…I’ll have no more material to draw.

Welp, the next time I’ll be making a post will be in December. See you then!
